In my 22 years in the real estate business, I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors and tradespeople. Space Create Renovations is one of the few I work with consistently — not only on small projects, but also on large-scale renovations. I recommend them to all my clients, and whenever I’m in a pinch, they’re the first call I make. They always get the job done.
In all my experience, I’ve never had a single client come back with a complaint about Roman or his team. They always deliver exactly what they promise. I’ve been 100% satisfied every time.
But beyond the quality of work, I have to speak on Roman himself. He could easily choose not to work as hard as he does — physically, mentally, and with the level of integrity he brings to every project. If it was possible to give 6 stars I definitely would. These guys are awesome. They replaced the flooring in my home with LVP and it came out great. The owner was very honest with the process and helped us keep the job affordable. We were led step by step through the project so that we felt confident about the results. Even the dogs approved!

Had an issue with the AC leaking and because their work was under warranty, they had someone come in and fix the leak and then they came in and fixed all the resulting floor damage free of charge. Great work
